Grace Coddington

Grace Coddington is a Welsh-born fashion editor and stylist who moved from modeling to editorial photography. She joined British Vogue in the late 1960s, spent nineteen years there, then worked for Calvin Klein before becoming a leading creative voice at American Vogue. Written with Michael Roberts, Grace: A Memoir pairs candid recollections with Coddington's pen-and-ink illustrations; Random House issued it in 2012. From childhood on Anglesey and early work before the camera, it moves through collaborations with photographers, designers, models, and Anna Wintour.
