Isaac Fellman

Isaac Fellman writes speculative fiction and works as an archivist, connecting invented worlds with questions of memory, identity, and cultural preservation. Dead Collections follows Sol, an archivist living with vampirism, and Elsie, who arrives with the papers of her late television-writer wife. Their developing relationship unfolds alongside fandom history and the practical work of maintaining an archive. Penguin Books issued it in 2022, and the American Library Association named it a 2023 Stonewall Honor Book. Fellman also wrote The Breath of the Sun, a Lambda Literary Award-winning novel, and works professionally at San Francisco's GLBT Historical Society.
