This is not the Jake Bernstein who reported the Panama Papers. Jake Bernstein the market analyst has written about futures and commodities trading since the seventies, publishing advisory letters, seasonal studies and a shelf of instructional books. The Compleat Day Trader is the best known, and it is mostly about discipline, position sizing and the emotional traps of trading rather than about a system that prints money. He has run seminars and a subscription service alongside the writing for decades, which is the usual arrangement in that business and worth knowing about.
