Reality Transurfing is not the work of anybody called James Hunt. It was written by Vadim Zeland, a Russian former physicist who publishes under that name and about whom very little else can be verified. The system it sets out proposes that reality contains a space of variations a person can select between by managing what it calls importance and pendulums. None of that is physics, whatever the vocabulary suggests; it is sold as esoteric self-help rather than as science. The books have been very popular in Russia and in translation.
