Liz Moore

Long Bright River follows a Philadelphia patrol officer searching for her missing sister, who uses, in a neighbourhood where women are being killed and the police response depends on who the dead women are. Moore volunteered in Kensington for years before she wrote it. The God of the Woods, set at an Adirondack summer camp where a second child from the same family disappears fourteen years after the first, sold heavily in 2024. She teaches writing in Philadelphia.
