Nalini Singh

Singh worked as a lawyer and taught English in Japan before writing full time, and now publishes several books a year across two long paranormal romance sequences: Psy-Changeling, set in a world whose ruling population has surgically removed its own emotions, and Guild Hunter, which concerns archangels and the politics between them. Quiet in Her Bones is a straight thriller set in Auckland. She is Fijian-Indian and lives in New Zealand. The Archangel books have run past fifteen volumes on roughly an annual schedule, which is the pace the two series are written to.
