Olivia Dade

Spoiler Alert pairs a fat plus-size heroine with the actor from the fantasy series she writes fan fiction about, who is secretly writing it too under a different handle.

Dade writes fat characters whose arcs are not about losing weight and whose partners are not required to overcome anything, which she has been explicit is the point and not a subplot.

She worked as a teacher and a librarian. The fandom detail is accurate enough to be uncomfortable for anyone who has been in one.
