Covey's framework and rewrote it for readers young enough to find the original unreadable. It sells in the millions and is taught in schools. The 7 Habits of Happy Kids does the same again for younger children, through animal stories set in a place called Seven Oaks. With Chris McChesney and Jim Huling he wrote a management book about the gap between deciding a strategy and actually delivering one, which became his firm's main corporate offering. He runs the education division at FranklinCovey.
