About this book
A Pirate of Parts is by Richard Neville. A quotation on the front pages, credited to Shakespeare, reads "One man in his time plays many parts." A list headed Bill of the Play includes the line "Is all our company here?" credited to Shakespeare.
One speaker tells of suggesting to the official that they drop over the way, to Clausen's, and talk the matter over. One scene has Bedelia, the lady attendant, report that the man at the door says he is a customer. In that scene, a man named Handy asks whether the man in the gap below said he was a costumer, and not a customer. A passage places a man and his host at breakfast, where he explains an arrangement he had entered into with the regular Weston impresario.
