A Voice of Warning is the 1837 missionary classic by Parley P. Pratt (1807-1857), the early Latter-day Saint apostle whose writings did more than almost any other to spread the faith. The book lays out the Latter-day Saint message of restoration, prophecy, and gathering for the seeker, and became the most influential missionary tract in the church’s first century. Pratt, a gifted writer and hymnist, was killed in Arkansas in 1857. The book remains a foundational Latter-day Saint text. Free PDF download available on BDeBooks.
