About this book

David Moody's dystopian novel "Hate" centers on Danny McCoyne, a regular guy living in a world that has grown nasty. The sudden, illogical attackers are labeled as "Haters" by the media. Danny has to defend his family as the violence increases and make his way through a world where everyone can turn into a victim or a hater at any time.

About the author

David Moody

Moody self-published Hater as a free download in 2006, sold enough copies off his own website to be noticed, and the film rights went to Guillermo del Toro before a publisher had the book. The premise is not a virus: ordinary people simply begin killing, and nobody can tell who has changed. Autumn came first and worked the same way.
