The preface says that in almost every walk of life, even among artists and photographers, we find those who are enthusiasts, and who work with such ardor and perseverance as to overcome all difficulties. A list of captions with page numbers includes, among others, The great peak known as the Drachenfels, or Dragon Rock, and Many typical Irish characters come aboard our vessel.
