Daniel Black

Black teaches African American studies at Clark Atlanta University, holds a doctorate from Temple, and founded a rites of passage programme for young men on that campus which has run for decades. Perfect Peace is about a woman in rural Arkansas who wanted a daughter and raised her eighth son as a girl until he was eight.
