The text says that there isn't any money lost in Wall Street and that it simply changes hands.
The text says the men who win in Wall Street are those who invest in stocks, good, dividend-paying stocks, buying them when they are low, selling them when they are high. The text says the books and records of the company, open to bondholders, will show at all times precisely what investments have been made. A question and answer in the text asks whether the bonds will have a market value during the three years, and gives the reply that they will sell above par after the first six months. A question in the text asks why bonds are issued for only twenty-five dollars, and the answer given is to give small investors the opportunity to join with capitalists.
