Psycho-Phone Messages is described as recorded by Francis Grierson. The heading lists spiritual messages from, among others, Thomas Jefferson, on the Future of American Democracy, and Benjamin Disraeli, on English and Irish Affairs. The introduction says the word psycho-phone was first suggested and used by Mr. Francis Grierson in a lecture before the Toronto Theosophical Society, August 31st, 1919.
The writer of the introduction says he has before him a unique collection of letters written to Mr. Grierson by men and women eminent in philosophy, art, music, literature and journalism, in Europe and America. The text says that the man who occupies the White House in 1921 should take Time by the forelock and the profiteer with the padlock. The text says that in America food profiteering began during the Civil War, and that this national vice has never been attacked at the roots.
