About the author

The Holy Quran

This is not an author. The Quran is the scripture of Islam, which Muslims hold to be the word of God revealed to the Prophet Muhammad in Arabic across roughly twenty-three years and recorded during and shortly after his lifetime. It is arranged in a hundred and fourteen surahs, ordered by length rather than by date of revelation.
