The Burning Skies

The second book in David J. Williams’ Autumn Rain series is titled “The Burning Skies.” It takes place in the twenty-second century and centers on counterintelligence agent Claire Haskell’s conflict with the rebel organization Autumn Rain. The group’s goal is to subjugate humanity, and Claire is humanity’s only hope because of her exceptional ability to sneak into enemy systems.
