The Fixed Idea Of Astronomical Theory

The Fixed Idea of Astronomical Theory is an 1885 tract by August Tischner (born 1819), a nineteenth-century German writer who argued against the accepted Copernican model and defended a geocentric view of the cosmos. Published in Leipzig, it belongs to the small body of late nineteenth-century anti-Copernican literature produced by amateurs outside mainstream science.
