Christopher Golden

With the artist Mike Mignola, Christopher Golden co-created Baltimore for Dark Horse Comics. Born in 1967 in Massachusetts and a graduate of Tufts University, he has written more than fifty novels alongside tie-in fiction for Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Hellboy and Uncharted, and Ararat brought him the Bram Stoker Award for best novel in 2017. Road of Bones, issued by St. Martin's Press in 2022, sends a documentary producer named Felix Teigland up the Kolyma Highway in eastern Siberia, a route laid down by prisoners of the Soviet camps whose dead were left in the roadbed.
