Leslie Kaminoff

Kaminoff is a yoga educator who studied with T. K. V. Desikachar and has taught breathing and anatomy for over forty years, and Yoga Anatomy, written with Amy Matthews and illustrated in cutaway, became the standard reference in teacher training. He is not a doctor or a physiotherapist and says so. His argument is that no posture has one correct form, because bones differ between people, and that most yoga injury advice ignores that entirely. He runs a studio in New York.
