Lilly Singh

Singh started posting comedy to YouTube from her parents' house in Scarborough, Ontario in 2010, while dealing with a depression she has since described openly, and built one of the largest channels on the platform. How to Be a Bawse is the advice book that came out of that, blunt about work rather than about confidence. In 2019 she became the first woman of colour to host a late-night network show in the United States, which ran two seasons. She came out as bisexual the same year.
