Break Point, published by Blink in 2019, recounts selections, deployments, setbacks, and changes that shaped his military career and life. Organized around moments when endurance was not enough, the memoir asks when a change of direction becomes necessary. Ollerton later developed coaching under the BreakPoint name, carrying its focus on resilience and decisions beyond television.
