Ross Beeckman

Ross Beeckman is the name on two novels published in New York in 1909, both by W. J. Watt & Company and both reprinted in cheap hardback by Grosset & Dunlap. Princess Zara appeared in January with illustrations by Bert Knight, and The Last Woman followed in August, carrying a frontispiece by Howard Chandler Christy, the illustrator behind the Christy Girl. Project Gutenberg holds both titles, files them under American literature, and lists no birth or death year for him. Beyond those two books and their imprints, almost nothing about his life is on record.
