African Laughter

The book ‘African Laughter’ is written by Doris Lessing. ‘African Laughter: Four Visits to Zimbabwe’ is a rich and penetrating portrait of her homeland. In this memoir, Lessing delivers the visits she made to Zimbabwe in 1982, 1988, 1989, and 1992. As the story shows, he was exiled from old Southern Rhodesia for 25 years because of his political views and opposition to a minority white government, and the visits took place after that.
