According to the text, an organization divides into the owners, represented in a corporation by the stockholders or investing public, the executive or managerial division, the commercial or active business division, and the manufacturing or productive division. The text says that without co-operation the success of any organization is very questionable, if not impossible.
According to the text, a discount of 5% on an account that has several months to run will often be accepted, and is profitable to both parties. The text says that when persuasion fails, the debtor should be notified that the account is being placed in the hands of an attorney, or a collection agency.
