About this book
Endymion is by Benjamin Disraeli. The title page says the book is by Benjamin Disraeli, Earl of Beaconsfield, K.G., first published 1880. The text has the lady tell her son, Florestan, to thank Mr. Wilton, who can attend to the education of Prince Florestan.
The lady says that, throned or discrowned, music has ever been the charm or consolation of her life. The lady says she will sing her farewell to Florestan, and takes up her guitar. The text says that, like his class, the Count of Ferroll had received a military education, and calls him an eminent sportsman who for some time took refuge and found excitement in the breadth of his dark forests, and in the formation of a stud, which had already become celebrated.
