The seventh novel in the Made series is “Explosive Union,” written by Brooke Summers. The protagonist of the tale is Jade Gallagher, who has given her family more than most people have. She spent five years devising the ideal retaliation scheme after being imprisoned for a crime she did not commit. When she is liberated, though, she gets married against her will.
The next in line to lead the Italian mafia in Chicago is her new spouse, Rocco Gallo. Even though there is initial conflict, Rocco pushes through Jade’s barriers and they become close. However, they have to be on the lookout for former enemies who are looking for retribution. The novel expresses issues of love, retaliation, and fortitude.
