Gemina

The Illuminae Files series’ second novel is “Gemina,” written by Amie Kaufman. The narrative takes place on the Jump Station Heimdall where Nik, is a reluctant member of a renowned criminal family. And Hanna, the station captain’s spoiled daughter are brought together to defend their home against a top-tier BeiTech strike team.

A failure in the station’s wormhole poses a threat to split the space-time continuum in two while extraterrestrial predators kill the station’s inhabitants one by one. They hold the power to decide everyone’s fate on the Hypatia and perhaps the known cosmos.
