Jayson Gaddis took an MA in counseling and psychology at Naropa, held a licence as a professional counselor, and ran a private practice for roughly a decade before moving into teaching and coaching. He founded The Relationship School, which runs courses and trains and certifies relationship coaches, and he hosts its podcast.
