About this book

Farah Naz Rishi's young adult science fiction book "I Hope You Get This Message" is an interesting read. After Earth establishes communication with the planet Alma, there are whispers that humanity has only seven days left before an extraterrestrial force brings about the end of society. Jesse Hewitt, Cate Collins, and Adeem Khan, three teenagers, manage their challenges in the face of this ticking time bomb. Cate searches for her missing father, Adeem struggles with forgiveness, and Jesse questions if anything means anymore. In a world on the verge of disaster, their paths cross as they confront realities and make amends.
