Lady Cadogan's Illustrated Games of Solitaire or Patience is a new revised edition including American games. The contents list games including Anna, Babette, Cæsar, Canfield or Klondike, The Fifteen and The Fish-Bone.
The game Napoleon at St. Helena is played with two entire packs of cards, and its rules say that only cards in the lowest row are available until a card in any other row is released by the removal of those below it. For Napoleon at St. Helena, the play deals out from left to right four rows of ten cards, and the eight aces, when they can be placed, form the foundation cards and ascend in sequence to kings. The Labyrinth is played with two entire packs of cards, with four kings and four aces of different suits placed above as the foundations, the aces ascending in sequence to kings and the kings descending to aces.
