Lucky in Leather

The fourth novel in Holley Trent’s Hearth Motel series is titled “Lucky in Leather.” The protagonists of the tale are Perry Geer, a thinker fairy, and Matthew Gilisson a quarter-fae with unmatched magic. Heath Matthew’s cousin sends Matthew to fight Queen Rhiannon their mother whose empire is crumbling. Matthew and Perry work together to use their power to counter the queen’s schemes as they change to focus on their survival. But when it becomes clear that Matthew is intended to be more than just his mission companion Perry starts to doubt his place in the organization.
