Andy Norman’s book “Mental Immunity” explores the rapidly developing field of brain immunology or mental immune health. It talks about how having the freedom to express one’s opinions might weaken mental defenses and encourage the development of “mind parasites” like ideology and conspiracy theories. To improve mental immunity against such ideological transmission, the book suggests a ‘mind vaccine.’
