About this book
PoPHILO, subtitled Popular Philosophy, carries the name Dommy. The prelude says that thinkers in their own words display and convey the depth or shallowness of their own, and so shall be pilloried or acclaimed by their own thoughts. The prelude also says there is immensity in sparseness and sparseness in immensity.
The numbered entries include 13, "Anxiety to the mind is akin to a fractured leg to the body." Entry 17 consists of two short statements, "One insists because of truth. One insists because of prejudice." Entry 140 says that there is cost involved in both victory and defeat. Entry 296 is the short line "Confidence lends courage."
