About this book
The Adventures of Prince Lazybones, and Other Stories is a volume by Helen Ashe Hays. The contents list The Adventures of Prince Lazy Bones, Phil's Fairies, Florio and Florella, and Boreas Bluster's Christmas Present.
A character named Leo says to himself that the rain is too heavy, or he would go out in it. A voice says it thinks it could amuse Leo, and Leo asks who the voice is. One speaker says there was no one to take care of Phil but the speaker, for Phil had been too sick to go with his father and mother. Boreas, the text says, was not as hardhearted as he looked and was the most honest and straightforward of all Frozen Nose's friends.
