You’re Not Listening

In Why We Don’t Listen Murphy expands on the why, what and the how of not listening, the problem with not listening, and the possibilities of better listening. Instructively this book is written as a research study of modern society and as a real-life guide to achieving better relational understanding and therefore empathy.
