Jobaeir Faruq was born on 1961, 11 November, in Chottogram, Boyalkhali Upazila in the village of Aholla. His father’s name is Habibur Rahman and his mother’s name is Gultaj Khatun. He read at PC Sen Saroatoli Highschool. Agrabad Government Koloni highschool, Ashutosh College, Dhaka University, and Stockholm University.
He got his MSC degree from Dhaka University in 1984 in the subject of political science. He got a job at Ericson company and worked there for a long time, currently, he is working in a Sweden Railway company.
