Cary Allen Stone

Cary Allen Stone shifted from scriptwriting to books with Through a Mother's Eyes, a nonfiction case study based on interviews and research. He then concentrated on crime and science fiction. After the Evil begins his Jake Roberts sequence; Mind Over Murder continues it, pairing the Atlanta detective with FBI profiler Mika Scott. Stone also produces and narrates audio editions. In interviews, he calls character viewpoint the central challenge of his fiction and describes Jake Roberts as a continuing project rather than a succession of unrelated cases.
