Crissa-Jean Chappell

Narc forces a teenager to inform on his own school for the police, in exchange for his sister staying out of trouble, and the cost of that arrangement is the book. More Than Good Enough sends a Miccosukee boy back to the reservation and to a father he barely knows. Chappell holds a doctorate in film studies and teaches writing, and her Florida is humid, specific and nothing like a holiday. She has written publicly about living with obsessive compulsive disorder.
