Gabriella Rosen Kellerman
Kellerman is a physician who moved into workplace mental health and became chief innovation officer at a coaching company. Tomorrowmind, written with Martin Seligman, argues that the traits worth building for unstable work are resilience, cognitive agility, mattering and prospection, and it is explicit that the instability itself is not going anywhere. Prospection is the one readers find least familiar: the capacity to hold several possible futures in mind at once, which the book treats as trainable rather than fixed. The company sells the coaching, which is worth knowing while reading the case for it.
