Heather Blanton

Heather Blanton writes Christian historical romance with Western settings, frontier conflict, and themes of faith and restoration. Hearts in Defiance and A Promise in Defiance are the second and third novels in her Romance in the Rockies sequence, centered on the mining town of Defiance. Grace be a Lady is a separate historical Western romance about a woman who adopts a male disguise while trying to rebuild her life. Her publisher groups these books with a wider body of inspirational Western fiction, where suspense and questions of justice sit alongside relationships. Blanton moves between continuing series connections and stand-alone stories while keeping the American West at the center.
