Lee Monroe

Lee Monroe entered YA fiction after growing up in London and working in publishing, including contributing to and ghostwriting books. Her Dark Heart novels combine romance with paranormal fantasy. Dark Heart Forever opens the trilogy with Jane Jonas, a teenager whose recurring dreams and sleepwalking draw her toward Luca and the immortal realm of Nissilum. Dark Heart Rising continues Jane and Luca's story as separation, a trip to Paris, and unrest within Nissilum place new pressures on their relationship. Hodder Children's Books published both titles, identifying Dark Heart Forever as book one and Dark Heart Rising as book two.
