Day of the False King is the second book in Brad Geagley’s Semerket series. The book is set around 1150 B.C., following the downfall of Pharaoh Ramses III. The main character, Semerket, Egypt’s Clerk of Investigations and Secrets, finds himself amidst the tumultuous transformation of the city of Babylon.
