Eric Holt Giménez

Eric Holt Giménez is an agroecologist, political economist, and author whose work connects food systems with social movements and agrarian change. He spent many years working in sustainable agricultural development in Mexico, Central America, and South Africa, and helped advance the Campesino a Campesino farmer movement.
