About this book
The foreword says the two Monas hope that this collection has all the poems you have liked best. The foreword names Mona Gould as the poet and Mona Clark as the editor who brought this verse to Gossip's pages. In a poem headed To Snow … or Not to Snow!, the speaker implores soft deep snow to feather down and says the part of the speaker that's Poet simply adores it.
A poem headed It Doesn't Matter says it doesn't matter much about a person's family tree or what his special vices are. A poem headed Observation says that finding an oyster in a seafood salad is quite a surprise to the average "palad". A poem headed Hush speaks of an hour when earth and sky merge in the twilight with a sort of sigh.
