The book says the Divine received in the third or inmost heaven is called celestial and its angels celestial angels, while the Divine received in the second or middle heaven is called spiritual and its angels spiritual angels. The book says all evils are from the love of self and of the world, when those loves rule, and lists contempt of others, enmity, hatred, revenge, cruelty and deceit. The book also says infernal fire is the lust and delight that spring from two loves as their origins.
