About this book
The book carries the title Tablets of Abdul-Baha Abbas by ‘Abdu’l-Bahá. The contents list gives the opening words of many tablets, among others O thou who art advancing toward God! and O thou who hast prayed to the Kingdom of God! The contents list includes a heading Volume III followed by openings such as O thou who art firm in the Covenant!
The text says love, which comprehendeth all the virtues of the world of humanity, is the cause of eternal life and of the progress of all the individuals of the human race. A line says that soon thou wilt see that these heavenly teachings, like unto the light of reality, will envelope and enlighten the world. A line addressed to a maid-servant of God says We have sent thee nine ring stones of the Greatest Name.
