About this book
The hearings concern the investigation of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, under an order creating a commission to ascertain, evaluate and report upon the facts. The stated powers of the commission include administering oaths and affirmations, examining witnesses, receiving evidence and issuing subpenas. Asked about his first meeting with Lee Oswald, Mr. Wulf remembers very little and says that, if he remembers correctly, the main subject was astronomy.
Mrs. Murret places Lee's temporary arrival in her home at about three years of age. Colonel Folsom confirms that Oswald received a satisfactory rating on the test under discussion. Colonel Folsom describes two passing ratings, satisfactory and distinction, and an unsatisfactory rating.
