About this book
Wyn's Camping Days, subtitled The Outing of the Go-Ahead Club, is a book by Amy Bell Marlowe. The contents list names chapters called The Go-Ahead Club and The Busters, among others. In a scene at the pool, Tubby Blaisdell splashes about like a young grampus, and a character called Grace says that someone has a boat and is going to Tubby's rescue.
The text says Wyn and Dave Shepard had been good chums since they were both in rompers. A character named Bessie, deeply concerned over Polly's attitude, says she is going to write father at once and is sorry for the way she treated Polly at first. Mrs. Havel commands, "If you want to show the boys that you are really fit to camp out alone, get to work!"
