Edward Lee

Two men called Edward Lee share this page. Buttermilk Graffiti and Smoke and Pickles are by the chef, a Korean American raised in Brooklyn who runs restaurants in Louisville and took a James Beard award in 2019 for a book that is part memoir and part road trip through immigrant cooking in America. Incubi belongs to a different Edward Lee, an American horror novelist with around forty titles to his name, most of them mass-market paperbacks and considerably harder to read over lunch.
